Planner ( 3500+ activities ) to provide an integrated EPC, Start-up and
Commissioning - Master Schedule for Air Liquide and seven construction
subcontractors. Provide weekly and monthly schedule updates to Air Liquide
and Texas Instruments management.
Also responsible for tracking
each subcontractor’s man hours: actual and forecast, percent complete and
Earned Value ( CPI and SPI ).
